Ordering:

1. Paying for your purchase

We accept payment in the form of a Visa, Mastercard, the American Express credit card and Pay Pal. We do not accept payment in the form of purchase orders, money orders, personal checks, or cash.

2. Tax

We charge sales tax on items that are shipped to, delivered to, or picked up in states where we are required by law to do so. The amount of tax charged reflects the applicable state and local rates. This amount will appear during the checkout process.

3. Canceling or modifying your order

You may cancel or modify your order as long as it has not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been processed you will not be able to cancel or modify it. At this time, you will have the option to return the item after it has been delivered.

4. Backorders

If an item is on backorder, you will receive an email letting you know the estimated arrival time. At this time you may choose to cancel the order or wait for delivery.

5. Warranty

Your watch is guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of purchase against all defects of materials and workmanship by the manufacturer ONLY. This guarantee does not cover the stem, crown, wear to the case, bracelet, strap, glass or battery. The model is not guaranteed against water damage unless the watch is specifically marked "water resistant".

Shipping & Deliveries:

1. Shipping Refund Policy

WengersDirect.com will pay return shipping costs when the return is the result of our error.

We will pay the return shipping costs on all items that were delivered and returned as damaged or defective. All returned items will be examined to determine if this condition applies.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if you receive and return the wrong item.

2. Shipping Costs

WengersDirect.com is proud to offer our customers a $5.95 shipping charge for all orders in the continental U.S.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Orders may only be shipped within the United States of America. Additional shipping costs may apply to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. These costs will be indicated as you move through the check out process.

4. Shipping Options

Our shipping options include: UPS Ground only.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery time will be dependant on the availability of the items in your order, and the shipping options you choose. Estimates of the delivery time will be provided as you move through the check out process.

You will be notified via email of any interruptions that will delay the delivery of your order.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable as a result of our error, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs. Once a package has been returned we are unable to re-ship the items. At this time, if you still wish to purchase the item(s) you must place a new order.

Packages may be declared undeliverable by our carriers when:

• The address is incorrect or outdated;
• The address entered on our site is in an incorrect format;
• The carrier has made 3 failed attempts to deliver the package;
• Restricted items are shipped to a penitentiary; and/or
• A gift recipient has refused the package.

It is also possible, on rare occasions, that the shipping label became illegible during the shipping process. In all cases, the customer who purchases product from this site is responsible for providing accurate address information.

7. Problems with an Order

Receipt of the wrong item:
If you receive the wrong item or an item you did not order, return the item(s) to the Wenger Watch Company. We will pay for the return shipping of these items. If the item sent was the wrong item, we will send you the ordered item and pay all applicable shipping costs.

Missing items:
If your order is missing an item we will ship you the missing item(s) and pay all applicable shipping costs.

Failed deliveries:
If you have are waiting for an order that you think you should have received by now please check the tracking options for your order. If there are any unanswered questions please feel free to contact our customer service center at info@wengersdirect.com or 1-800-561-3214 ext. 342.

Returns & Exchanges:

1. Return Policy

All items in original condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will not be paid by WengersDirect.com unless the return is the result of our error.

Gift items, identified as a gift at the time of purchase, can be returned by the gift recipient for a gift certificate in the amount of the item returned, if the item is returned in original condition.

Items not returned in original condition may not be granted a refund. Partial refunds may be awarded in this situation. Wenger’sDirect.com holds the right to assess if Items are in fact in original condition.

If the return does not appear after 4 weeks from the time you sent the return, please contact us for further assistance.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are made in the same form of original payment, 3 to 5 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you via email once your refund is complete.

If the refund does not appear after 4 weeks from the time you sent the return, please contact us for further assistance.

Calculating your refund:

Items that are returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition, will receive a full refund net shipping expenses.

Items that are not returned in original condition may not receive a refund. Partial refunds may be awarded as follows:

• Any item returned that is not in original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error may receive a refund of up to 50% of the item’s purchase price.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of our error.

3. Exchange Policy

We do not exchange items unless the exchange is the result of our error. Exchanges will be granted if you have received a damaged or defective good, or if you have received an incorrect item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Items that are received damaged or defective may be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be paid by WengersDirect.com.

5. Original Condition

A returned item is in “original condition” when:

• All original packing materials, manuals, and accessories are included with the returned item; and
• The returned item and its manuals and accessories show no evidence of use.

Wengersdirect.com reserves the right to assess if items are in fact in their original condition.
